ALAR Spectacular is a travelling extravaganza that leaves our guests wide eyed with amazement at the variety of renowned artists that will dazzle you throughout the evening. As soon as you step in our venue the experience begins, with performances all around you. Pleasure your palate with a delicious 4-course meal while entertained by an outstanding pre-show and sip fine wines as countless extravagant acts unravel before your eyes: beautiful dancing, astounding acrobatics, hilarious comedy routines, quick-change act, flying aerialists, live singers… enhanced with amazing multicolour laser light performances and high-tech 24 sqm LED screen.

TROY Show @ Alardinnershow
Heroes, Gods and Goddesses of the most famous event of Greek Mythology will come alive in front of your eyes in the form of sculptureos acrobats, dancers and singers. Unique in Europe, one of the most innovative dinner-shows in the world, TROY will abolish the boundaries between artists and spectators.
Through a QR code, with your own smartphone you will enter the world of Troy live and you will get the chance, during the show, to participate even to the point of changing the course of history!
Will you be a Greek or a Trojan?
Who will prevail the epic war: the Greeks of Achilles or the Trojans of Hector?

Alar dinner-show is ideally located in the centre of Hersonissos (see map). It is at walking distance or a short taxi ride from the whole area of Hersonissos. If you need a transfer from a more distant location, please fill in the form during the booking process and our representative will contact you to arrange it.
All adults and children over 12 years old are welcome to Spectacular. It is a sexier but classy show. There is no nudity involved.
TROY is a show for whoever wants to have fun! Children but also couples and friends of all ages!
In the extravagant Spectacular no one will feel out of place: from relaxed capri-style summer chic to formal tuxedo and long dress!
For TROY the atmosphere is family friendly.
Spectacular show offers an aperitif drink at the entrance. Our bar will offer a variety of drinks, wines and cocktails at reasonable prices. Check the beverage packages during the reservation process to pre-book the best deals.
At the time of booking, there is the option to choose our vegetarian/vegan menu and a field where you can write your special requirements/allergies.
Yes. Select the option “Drink&Show” when you make your reservation. For a lower fare, you can assist the show without dinner. One drink per person is included in the option Drink&Show and the bar is available for more. Tables are not selectable and will be assigned at the arrival. Transfer is not available.
The show TROY is interactive: at your table you will find a QR code. Scan it and dial the password that you will see on the LED screen. The instructions on the LED screen and on your mobile will guide you through the moments where you can interact with the show. Everyone with a smartphone can participate but it is not mandatory. However, beware that the participants have the chance to win great prizes!
Yes, during the reservation process you can add the option to choose the exact table where you wish to sit. If you don’t choose a table, you will be assigned the best available table in your category.
Yes, however it is highly recommended to pre-book in advance on the website. Moreover, our website has the lowest price guaranteed.
You can choose a special occasion package during the reservation process and we will make sure that you will have an unforgettable experience!
Yes. Our venue is wheelchair accessible. If you are on a wheelchair, specify it in the booking form and don’t choose the table. You will be assigned an accessible table with the best view available.

Alar Dinner-show is the latest creation of Virginia Carbone. CEO and artistic director of the Sailing Jazz Company, she graduated in 2000 from one of the most prestigious Theatre Arts Academies of London, as a choreographer, dancer and actress. Since, she accumulated experience working in cruise lines, theatres and resorts around the world, until 2005 when she established her own company in Crete.
In 2023, with her team of engineers, designers, architects, costume makers, light artists, choreographers etc. she built from scratch Alar dinner-show theatre and created the 2 shows that exhibit there alternatively: Spectacular and TROY. In Alar Spectacular she also performs her famous quick-change act.
